What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no fixed minimum. We typically handle from a few tonnes upward. Contact us. We agree terms individually.

Do you offer cut-to-length service?

Yes. Via our partners we provide every type of cutting and processing: thickness range 0.4 mm to 220 mm. Details and pricing on request.

Where does your steel come from?

We trade mill overproduction (overrun) and secondary-grade 2A material: directly from European steel mills. Primary grade (1A) available to order.

How do I submit an RFQ?

Provide: company name, VAT ID, contact name, email, phone and your requirement (grade, dimensions, quantity).

Can I collect in person?

Yes. We operate from multiple warehouse locations. Self-collection details arranged after order placement. Contact us via the RFQ form.

What is your typical lead time?

Standard lead time is 5–10 business days from order confirmation. We deliver mainly direct from producers, which optimises time and price.

What steel grades do you stock?

Mainly sheets: S235, S355, DC01–DC04, DX51–DX56, S500–700MC. Galvanised: HDG, ZE, ZF, ZA, ZM in grades DX51–56. Coils: 0.4–25 mm thick, up to 2000 mm wide. We confirm availability of specific grades on request. Send us an RFQ.

What are your payment terms?

Prepayment or deferred payment after credit insurance limit approval and payment history verification. No factoring. Terms agreed individually.

Do you stock galvanised steel?

Yes, it's a permanent offering. We have hot-dip (HDG), electrolytic (ZE), ZF, ZA and ZM coatings. Grades DX51–56, coatings Z100–Z300. Available as coils, strips and sheets.

What is ARSO DEALS?

ARSO DEALS sells steel from mill overproduction at a fixed net price, no bidding. Seeing lots and prices requires a free business account: we verify your Tax ID (NIP) automatically against the VAT register, so you're logged in as soon as your e-mail is confirmed. Create an account at /en/fresh.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We serve all of Poland and export to Germany, Scandinavia, Benelux and France using vetted carriers.
